We provide funeral services to the bereaved (within our network of around 240 funeral homes in the United Kingdom) and we are also a funeral plan provider.
Our funeral planning business is called “Alternative Planning Company Limited” (APCL), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a firm which is able to provide funeral plans to customers.
Our funeral plans are not branded APCL, instead, they are branded “Choice Funeral Plans from Funeral Partners”.

Most funeral homes which belong to Funeral Partners are what are known as “appointed representatives” of APCL. This means that our funeral homes are able to offer you Choice funeral plans, provided by APCL. APCL is owned by the Funeral Partners Group.
None of our funeral homes are able to give you advice on whether or not to purchase a funeral plan, since the decision must be yours to make. Our highly trained teams will of course provide you with all the help, support and information you may need in order to make an informed decision about whether a funeral plan is right for your circumstances.
