Sara was kind, polite and professional. Sara handled all aspects of arranging the service, it was a huge load off of us and I was impressed with how much they arranged and the care and compassion showed. Sara kept us updated frequently and explained the day before what to expect. On the day the whole team was professional, polite and everything was perfect to remember my loved ones life. A service I know they would have a loved. Thank you to Sara and the Harpin's team!

Jenny Wainwright-Call dealt with all arrangements and was sympathetic, friendly and supportive, as well as precise and efficient in all her arrangements. She organised an ideal service and tribute to my mother, we could not have asked for more.

This was my first direct experience of arranging a funeral and using Harpins was possibly the best thing I could have done. The care, compassion and professionalism was second to non right from the very first introduction to looking after of my mum whilst in their care and through to the funeral itself. All was faultless. I must make a special mention of Jenny, she was our funeral director and was absolutely wonderful, a huge credit to Harpins. I will never forget how kind and considerate she was to us at such a tragic time in our lives. Thank you.

We appreciated the professional service received right from our initial enquiry which happened to be on a Sunday afternoon, through to the day of the funeral. Sara came to to our home and spent time ensuring that all our wishes and requests were met to the last detail. We were treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole process. This was very much appreciated and we would highly recommend your services.

I’d dreaded arranging a funeral for as long as I can remember. Harpin’s and particularly Georgina and Sara instantly made everything easier. They didn’t miss a detail and we felt cared for, supported and looked after from our first phone call until our last visit with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Sadly,I had to attend 2 funerals,within 2 days this week,and I have to say I was very impressed with the service,how the funeral directors looked after the family,and did their very best to make the whole service as much at ease as possible. The escort car at the back to make sure the cars all were together from the homes to the crematorium, walking in front of the car,and the director bowing before getting into the car,I could tell that a lot of work goes into making sure the day goes as well as could be expected, Thankyou to harpins,and both the directors of the day.

All staff we encountered were professional, efficient, friendly and kind - Jenny was just superb however, at all points of the experience. Such a really professional service with dignity and compassion. I used this service for my dad and so this time for my mum. Very impressed with everything from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble - even a late request for Order of Service cards 2 days before the funeral. Outstanding service from Harpins! We contacted Harpins in June this year after the sudden and unexpected loss of my partners father. It was a complete shock and we initially contacted Harpins for advice on bringing him back to Yorkshire (he passed away in Essex.) Not only was the information clear and easy to understand the cost was very reasonable. From then onwards I don't think anyone could have looked after us better. For us, Harpins were the perfect balance of being understanding and empathic but also getting with the job done. The information provided was clear and the prices were transparent, we were updated throughout if anything added incurred any additional costs. We were particularly picky about certain details of the funeral and Harpins went out of their way to cater to this without making us feel like we were bothering them. The funeral turned out as perfect as it could considering the circumstances. We would like to say a special thank you to Danny who brought Bob home, to Sara for looking after us throughout and to Georgina who tended to every single one of out details - no matter how small it was or how many times we changed things you were fantastic throughout. Your professionalism and kindness is something that we will forever be grateful for.

Harpins were professional, friendly and resectful from start to finish. The care and respect shown to our loved one and us outstanding. We used Harpins before so knew the service would be of a high standard. Jenny was outstanding at her job and helped us plan our mum's perfect goodbye. Can not recommend Harpins enough.
