Harpins were professional, friendly and resectful from start to finish. The care and respect shown to our loved one and us outstanding. We used Harpins before so knew the service would be of a high standard. Jenny was outstanding at her job and helped us plan our mum's perfect goodbye. Can not recommend Harpins enough.

I had the unbearable task of arranging my baby boy’s funeral, something no mother should go through. We chose Harpin’s to arrange the funeral. The lady who helped me put the plans together was kind, compassionate and made things as easy as they could be considering. She was in regular contact to see how we were doing and supporting us throughout. Truly grateful for the beautiful service they helped us arrange.

Harpins ran the funeral really well. The day was prepared for thoroughly in advance with advice and assistance readily available.They look after the loved one with great dignity.Their Chapel of rest is modern and tasteful. The day went off perfectly,several cars and marshalling cleared the way for the cortege. The staff were all excellent, very kind, and respectful. Excellent value. I would recommend them very highly. Harpins have done both my dad's and recently my mum's, and they were excellent both times. They offer an excellent service and are really caring towards the deceased's loved ones. Shaun is an absolute gent. I highly recommend harpins to anyone who as lost a loved one.

Sadly,I had to attend 2 funerals,within 2 days this week,and I have to say I was very impressed with the service,how the funeral directors looked after the family,and did their very best to make the whole service as much at ease as possible. The escort car at the back to make sure the cars all were together from the homes to the crematorium, walking in front of the car,and the director bowing before getting into the car,I could tell that a lot of work goes into making sure the day goes as well as could be expected, Thankyou to harpins,and both the directors of the day.

This was my first direct experience of arranging a funeral and using Harpins was possibly the best thing I could have done. The care, compassion and professionalism was second to non right from the very first introduction to looking after of my mum whilst in their care and through to the funeral itself. All was faultless. I must make a special mention of Jenny, she was our funeral director and was absolutely wonderful, a huge credit to Harpins. I will never forget how kind and considerate she was to us at such a tragic time in our lives. Thank you.
