Thank you to Dan, who listened to all our family and gave our Dad an amazing send off, truly befitting to Dads personality, everything perfect to the last detail. Had quite a few family and friends comment on how they had enjoyed his funeral. So Dan you achieved what we all wanted a beautiful celebration of a life well lived. Thank you so much.

I would like to express the thanks of myself and my family for the way that Dan and his team handled the arrangements for my Father who passed away a few weeks ago. They were very kind and respectful at all times not to mention totally professional. My Dad’s arrangements were not straightforward as he requested to be buried in Ireland, but Dan looked after all the extra arrangements this required and kept us informed and consulted with us at every stage. I cannot recommend them highly enough and once again, would like to express our gratitude. David Dunne and Family.

I want to thank Dan at how amazing he has been in the most difficult and heartbreaking time of our life. The respect and dignity shown to mum and to the whole family was appreciated by us all Nothing was to big or small a request (and even if we did secretly do your head in at times you never shown it😂) We immediately felt like you were more than just a service ..you were there on hand through the darkest of times , guiding and supporting us being there for each and everyone one of us whatever the day or time shows how compassionate and dedicated you are. The honesty, quality and service provided was impeccable. Arthur Gresty's funeral home is definitely a family orientated , genuine , hardworking and dedicated funeral home . Mums final day on the 30th march 2023 was touching from the start to the very end it ran so smoothly it was perfection and the feedback from all family and friends about how stunning mum's funeral procession was and how beautiful the whole funeral was speaks for itself. Amanda would of loved every second and you helped us express what a truly adored , wonderful and very much loved woman we was laying to rest Your team were all amazing , polite and courteous and the way you all work together is within the highest quality of standard . We will always highly recommend you guys and as we hope in the kindest way to not see you again we know if and when needed you will be there for us. When you have lossed a loved one, you need to celebrate what their life was about. This means tailoring a funeral that reflects who they were and fills you with pride at the end, that you chose the best send off they could have had. Me and my family members had a excellent experience with Arthur Gresty Funerals. Dan is fantastic, he gave us all the information that we requested, shown us all brochures and pricing. He even guided us what to do next with regards to obtaining information regarding registering the death and dealing with the hospital, as this was mine and my sisters first time dealing with arranging a funeral. The care they took with my father, the respect in which he was given in the wonderful chapel of rest they have and just the overall fantastic service; was just wonderful. Honestly if you want the best send off for your loved one Arthur Gresty is the one. They tailored it to who my father was, we had a vintage vehicle hearse, a wonderful service with an amazing soundtrack, a wonderful solid oak casket. From the heart, they have an absaloutley amazing work force, that looks after you. They offer an amazing selection of caskets and floural displays, an array of different orders of service as well as headstones. Once again Dan is an outstanding fellow who had such a personal, compassionate correspondence and touch, with us as a family; always helping us and kepping us informed with decision making and dates and times etc. Arthur Gresty funerals unlike others, gives back to the community, with food banks and other charitable work etc., so again just amazing people. A true testament to their work on funerals, is down to the fact, that everyone who attended my fathers funeral commented on how great it was and how everything was perfect. Me and my sister were filled with pride that we did right by choosing Arthur Gresty. To all the team, a big thank you from the Sandiford family.

Dan and everyone at Arthur Gresty, Wythenshawe provided an outstanding service from start to finish. We were very impressed with the professional, compassionate and reassuring support that Dan provided. Dan's communication was impeccable, he kept us informed through every step of the process. He was empathetic to our Nan's wishes and he ensured that all her wishes were carried out with the dignity and respect that she deserved. When my mum died some distance from her home, I contacted Arthur Gresty as they were her local Funeral Directors. From the moment I spoke to Jill I felt my mum and my family were in safe hands. Jill was warm, helpful and extremely efficient. It was no problem for my mum to be taken closer to home for her funeral and Jill was very proactive in making the funeral arrangements according to our wishes. We met with Anthony to discuss funeral arrangements and he too was warm, professional and helpful; he was discerning and knew how to engage with us. My mum's funeral was lovely, everything ran smoothly and Susan Blackshaw, the Celebrant was absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Arthur Gresty Funeral Home without hesitation. Everyone met us with warmth, professionalism and kindness during our sadness. Thank you.

Anthony was amazing to deal with after Mum passed away. We had previously been so impressed with his knowledge and gentle manner, when Dad died in 2000, he was our obvious choice. He was so kind, compassionate and professional and he gently guided and assisted us every step of the way. Every question was dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble even when we made last minute changes. Anthony officiated at the service. He made sure that it had a personal touch and it reflected mum’s life beautifully. It ran so smoothly and was the best send off for Mum. She would have loved it. Anthony also organised the catering after the service and we were delighted with the food and choices. Thank you so much Anthony for helping us get through this difficult time. We would definitely recommend Arthur Gresty.

My dad was looked after by Gresty Funeral Homes a few years ago, so when my wife sadly died I had no hesitation on ringing them. They are kind, thoughtful and will do anything you ask, well within reason. They are very professional, you can tell straight away they know what they are doing. When I pass I will definitely use them, even my family, but hopefully way into the future. Thank you "Arthur Gresty's" you should be proud of the work you do. I would just like to say a special thank you to Paul who did my dad's and wife's service, plus the two ladies, who work at the Timperley Branch, they were so caring.

Recently used Arthur gresty in northenden. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone. Dan was amazing! It was breath of fresh air to have a young director especially being young myself. He was down to earth and so easy to get along with. He went above and beyond for my dads funeral. He was so respectful and nothing was to much. They didn’t rip us off and didn’t make us feel pressured. They had such a family feel and I would use them again if I needed a funeral directors.

I came to Arthur Gresty to entrust them with my dads funeral who passed away unexpectedly. Paul Birkett, our funeral director, was excellent from the initial phone call till the end of the funeral. He was professional, informative and completely transparent. We were never pushed in any direction and had complete freedom of choice. When it was difficult to make decisions, we were guided very well and were always given financially feasible options. Everything went far better than we expected. It was a big funeral and all the team from Arthur Gresty were incredible on the day. I’d also like to thank Anthony who supported us during some of the viewings, especially over the weekend. What was perhaps some of the most difficult days of our lives were made better because of you- I can’t thank you guys enough. No one else could have given my dad a better farewell.
