£200 Off any Choice Plus Funeral Plan for a Friend or Family Member

  1. The ‘£200 Off any Choice Plus Funeral Plans for a friend or family member’ (“the Offer”) is provided by Alternative Planning Company Limited (APCL). APCL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with firm reference number 965282.
  2. The Offer will run from 03/03/2025 until 02/03/2026 inclusive.
  3. The Offer entitles the Covered Individual or the Customer who purchased a Choice Funeral Plan to pass a discount of £200 off any Choice Funeral Plan to a friend or family member within three months of their plan being Activated.
  4. The Offer applies to Choice Plus, Choice Essentials and Unattended Cremation Plan holders.
  5. To Redeem the Offer and to obtain a code for their friend or family member to use online, in branch or by phone, the purchaser must contact their local Funeral Partner branch or contact the Choice Funeral Plan office on 01803 298 243 with their Funeral Plan number within three months of their plan being Activated. If the funeral plan has been purchased online, a code will be sent via a Welcome Email.
  6. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and proof of identity may be required.
  7. Any personal data captured by APCL will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Please consult our Privacy Policy online at choiceplan.co.uk/privacy-policy or speak to us if you would like a copy.
  8. The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, available to UK residents over the age of 18 only. No cash alternative can be offered.
  9. APCL reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or alter the Offer without notice.
  10. APCL reserves the right to refuse the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any products purchased as a result of this discount will remain subject to the product’s standard Terms and Conditions.
  12. Applicants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when claiming the Offer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
