A committed team of staff from our E Sargeant & Son branches will be walking between their 3 offices and Thames Hospice on Sunday 22nd July 2018 in order to raise much needed funds for the Thames Hospice. The sponsored walk will see the team depart their Slough office with the first destination being E Sargeant & Son in Windsor. They will then walk to Thames Hospice before making their way to E Sargeant & Son, Maidenhead.
Later on in the year, an intrepid and brave member of the E Sargeant & Son team, Lee Cobby, is completing a tandem skydive. Lee will be leaping from great heights on the 6th October 2018 where all money raised from sponsorship will again go to the hospice.
All of E Sargeant & Son’s fundraising efforts for the next 12 months will be in aid of Thames Hospice which is a local charity that has touched so many people’s lives. Based in Windsor,
Thames Hospice is the local charity for people living with life-limiting illnesses in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. A vital part of their work is also supporting families and carers. It costs more than £7 million every year to keep the Hospice running. They rely on 80% of their income from charitable donations, which enables them to provide their vital services as free of charge, 365 days a year, to all individuals in need.
