The entire team went above and beyond to make the entire experience easier. The team were all very compassionate and we felt cared for as a family from start to finish. All arrangements were explained clearly and concisely and at no point did we feel pressurised into anything. It was always completely our choice. The Funeral Director called me the day before the funeral to make sure I was happy with the arrangements. On the day, he and his team were exceptionally respectful, well presented and made the entire experience memorable and one my Great Aunt would have wanted. Thank you.

Excellent service Our experience has been exemplary. We could have no wished for better support and care throughout what was the hardest time of our lifes. Everyone at Woking branch was lovely, especially Louise Jarrett. Louise, Thank you so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness in the preparation for our son cremation!We are so pleased with the sensitive and compassionate way everything it was handled! Everyone, from Della, to Malcolm, to the funeral directing staff on the day did everything they could to be respectful and make us comfortable. They were all very kind and compassionate.

Sadly the hearse arrived late to collect and take my mother to the crematorium which did not seem a concern to them but caused allot of stress on the day to my family . However, after being a few weeks late on our final payment to settle their fees I received a debt letter advising they will be sending to a debt collector within 3 days . A certain degree of double standards and overall not the best experience. I think my explanation says it all and no need for any follow up with emails . I can always post your threat of a debt collector for a few weeks old invoice if you want .

As I have always found, Woking Funeral Service served our family excellently. Nothing is too much trouble, always in a calm, professional and caring manner. At the funeral a guest was taken ill and David the lead for the day went over and above his responsibility to care for her and her friend. He stayed behind to care for her until the ambulance arrived allowing the rest of the team to transport the family to our next destination. So a big thank you to David and to Ann and Della in the office for looking after us in the days leading up to the funeral. I thoroughly recommend Woking Funeral Service to anyone looking for a professional and caring provider.

Nothing but praise. From the emotional start of meeting Lorna in branch and choosing the funeral that best suited my mum, the professionalism, care and compassion was outstanding. Our celebrant Mary, carried out a service with genuine warmth and provided me with great strength at a time of sadness. We never felt hurried. It was a time to remember mum's life and to say our private goodbyes. The funeral director Sam, provided a calmness and was very sincere with his condolences. I could not have asked more for my mum . The hugs were appreciated. Thank you from her family.

More than 5 start service. I have never dealt with any funeral service provider before and thought this would be a difficult and daunting process, but I could have not been more wrong. From the moment I stepped over the threshold of W.F.S in 8 Anchor Cresent in Knaphill, to arrange a funeral for my wife Barbara, I was treated with respect, consideration and compassion at this very difficult time, with no rush and no sales pressure. Lorna in the Knaphill Office, kindly guided me through the whole process, giving various options, taking my and family wishes into consideration, with attention to even the smallest of details, which were important to us. Lorna also kept in contact at all the key steps along the way, which was reassuring as the day of crematorium drew nearer. On the day of cremation, I cannot speak highly enough of the funeral director Sam and his drivers and staff who performed their duties faultlessly on Barbara's final journey. To sum up WFS provided very professional, trusted and slick service, if you are looking for funeral service provider, to look after your loved one. A very big thankyou to all W.F.S. staff involved. I would like to thank Rachel at the Horsell branch for her kindness and compassion whilst assisting us to arrange our baby granddaughter’s funeral. From the first phone call through to the final details, she was amazing and got us through a very difficult time. Sam was also lovely on the day of the funeral, reassuring my daughter and son in law. The team at Horsell have been amazing. Last year they helped us with Dad and his service and then just in June this year Mum passed away too and they have been exemplary. This company handled the arrangements for my late father’s funeral with impeccable professionalism and sensitivity. From an initial meeting to discuss our needs followed by regular contact right up until the day of the funeral, at all times we felt reassured that all matters were in hand. On the day itself the family were afforded the utmost respect and everything we had asked for was executed with precision. Many thanks to Debby at the Horsell office who, in particular, was a constant source of reassurance and was able to handle the minutiae swiftly and effectively.

I would just like to extend mine & my family’s thanks to Rachel & Debby for the support & compassion they have offered us over the last few weeks, at such a difficult time. From the moment we first met with Rachel & Debby we knew we were in good hands. Arranging a funeral is a very daunting experience especially when it’s the first time you’ve had to arrange such a thing, but I can honestly say these ladies were AMAZING.
