I would like to thank Wendy and her team for the care, compassion and articulate attention to detail, not only to my son and I, but more importantly in how you cared for my dad. Wendy listened, and nothing was to much trouble or impossible. When I became lost, Wendy guided me. I had a clear vision of my dad's wishes, and when I wobbled, Wendy was my back bone.The support given throughout has been outstanding and it is still there now.You are all so professional and respectful. I opened my door to a stranger, and Wendy left my home as a friend. You and your team went above and beyond from start to finish to give my dad the dignified celebration to his life he so rightly deserved. Thank you to each and every one of you. Absolutely faultless.

From start to finish Wendy and the team carried out the wishes of my brother and the family. They gave us options and choices in order that we could make decisions at this difficult time. They treated my brother with respect and made the arrangements in order that he had a faultless cremation. A particular thank you to Wendy for the service provided and her compassion and the celebrant for understanding such a complex unique character. Perfect service all the way through and I'd never trust any other funeral directors as I do joseph and lesley O'connor and team. Thank you so much. Xx

I choose this small family business because we went to them when my sisters daughter passed and they went above and beyond for us, unfortunately we have had to go to them agian for my mum , and they were amazing from the get go , Wendy has such heart gold and Joseph was amazing with my daughter and nephew on the day , honestly such a lovely family and the support they had give us as family was such amazing. 100 percent amazing family and small business wouldn’t go anywhere eles talked us through everything and listened to what we suggested we wanted for my mum special day and Wendy helped us pull it off with the beautiful horses to such lovely service. Everything was so special and excalty how I asked and wanted :) big hugs the Welsh family xx

I’ve recently lost my mum and Joe and his team have been incredible. I could not have done everything without them. They made a hard day, a beautiful one. It was everything my mum asked for and more. There service is impeccable and it makes a huge difference when you trust the people who are looking after your loved ones. The whole process from start to finish has been beautiful and I will continue to use Joe’s services when needed in the future. Not only does Joe’s business look after your loved ones but they make sure every detail is covered from the flowers, basket/coffin and even jewellery which you may want from a cremation. Joe has everything you need and honestly takes all pressure off you to make sure you are looked after at all times. I just can’t thank Joe, Lesley and Wendy enough it’s something I will never forget x

Well what can I say ? ..Not enough that's for sure..Joseph O connells were recommended to us after our beloved Dad Bob Clowes passed away .. From the very first phone call & all the way through they were ALL absolutely 100% professional but also so friendly caring & overwhelming with how kind they are at such a sad time .. I did tell Lesley they made us feel like family we got such excellent service ..Dad had the very best send off & he would be proud of how well he & us were looked after.. Caroline who lead the service was just magical how she portrayed dad's well lived & loved life up ..so many thanks to you Caroline 💖 Big THANKS to EVERYONE at O Connells but EXTRA SPECIAL ones to Joe Lesley & Wendy You made Dad's day as SPECIAL as HE WAS 💕💔💕 Julie & Rob 🌹
