I decided to use this funeral home for my late mothers funeral arrangements and I’m very glad that I did. Georgiana Flaherty done an amazing job with helping me make the arrangements. She was always extremely helpful, supportive and honest from the very first visit I made to enquire as I have never arranged a funeral before. She was always very patient, informative, respectful and kind. I honestly can not thank her enough for everything she did. A big thank you to Shane the funeral director also for his services, professionalism and support on the day. I couldn’t have been happier with my mothers send off and I’m extremely glad that I had the very lovely, professional, kind people from this John nodes branch there to support my family and I and be apart of such a important day. Thank you all for so very much That goes to say, YES I highly recommend John Nodes and would use their services again if need be.

My mum recently passed away and I didn’t know where to start! I contacted John nodes at Harlesden because my family had used them before for my nan’s funeral. Rema was fantastic she was supportive and helped me plan most of it and I when I felt overwhelmed she was there with her kind words. My mum had the best send off possible and I’m glad of that. Rema has been a support since also. I would recommend her to anyone!!

We would personally like to thank Kim and Rema for the EXCEPTIONAL service they provided. Our mother passed away in May during lockdown and we came up against untold hurdles. But in spite of that, with their help we were able to give our Mother the best send off we could. Her favourite colour was white but the coffin we liked did not come in that colour. We enquired if the colour could be changed and they arranged for the coffin to be sprayed white. The day before the funeral we were anxious about seeing her as due to covid she was in hospital for a few weeks and with the restriction we were not able to visit. We heard stories of families not being able to see their loved ones at the funeral home but this was not an issue with John Nodes. The day before the funeral all our anxieties and fears were lifted when we saw how beautiful she looked. The day of the funeral our mother was given a grand send off for which we will be forever grateful. Thanks again ladies to you and your team. 5 stars is not enough!

Even though this was a terribly sad moment in our lives, the team at John Nodes (Kim & Rema) was exceptional supportive and understanding. They made the whole process as painless as possible and when it came to the day of the burial, they were on time and really respectful. Thank you for everything.

When you are at your lowest point you are so grateful for anything and everything that can help. I would certainly recommend John Nodes, I contacted them prior to my mums passing, as it was expected. I spoke with Maria, she explained the process and said that they could be contacted 24/7. Nina made all the funeral arrangements, including the flowers, music, the priest, the cremation, funeral cars and printing of the order of service and memorial cards. I spoke with her on a few occasions and she was very professional, caring, sympathetic and very easy to deal with. On the day Samantha was the lead, again she was very easy to deal with, very professional, caring and sympathetic. She reassured us as a family. It made what was a very difficult day a bit easier. I would definitely use them again.

We were handled by a very rude and unprofessional woman who unfortunately took part in the service. Her customer service was next to none and she was very heartless, considering that she is ultimately representing John Nodes she should be ashamed of how she conducted herself towards us. I really hope that when she has a bereavement she is not treated in the same way. She was so ashamed that when we left John Nodes it was her colleague who ushered us out and apologised to us so thank you for the person who did that as for the other one, remember that you are dealing with grieving family and friends and if your not going to conduct yourself in a right manner then you shouldn't be working there at all!

I walked in not knowing what to expect or what to do, Samantha and team were able to put us as a family at ease, making each step clear and with the upmost compassion. I could not have asked for a better experience when venturing into the unknown.

Losing a loved one can be devastating, and thinking about funeral plans can be terrifying, but John Nodes Funeral Service, Ladbroke Grove W10 (Robin was our Funeral Director) was absolutely fantastic from start to end. Robin was a great help and support to our family, his compassion, understanding and calm manner made us feel at ease, and we were able to organise the funeral in a thoughtful and peaceful way. We are so very grateful to everyone at John Nodes for their kindness, warmth and understanding, and for taking the time to fully support us throughout. I highly recommend.

So professional very caring especially Nina and the young Lady who took my son on the day he pass away . All our wishes were carried out . This is the 3rd funeral I have arranged with them and each one as been perfect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Robin and all the staff at Nirth Kensington was amazing throughout the whole process of my mums funeral from when my mum was collected from her home when she passed all the way to the funeral they always it my mind at ease

We highly recommend John Nodes, Ladbroke Grove (W10), a very good service given with dignity and empathy. Great value service! Robin is an excellent Funeral director - at every step - from our first face to face meeting (in the office) to the committal in the chapel - thank you Robin. Hayley is an excellent office Administrator, she deals with all paperwork and on site (office) support - thank you Hayley. Nothing was too much trouble for Robin and Hayley at John Nodes Ladbroke Grove w10, we highly recommend their service. You can expect great empathy, superb listening skills, professional communication and all the support you'll need for a seamless experience. The funeral itself was conducted with dignity, respect and went exactly as planned, everyone commented on how wonderful it was. Robin and Hayley always showed great empathy, upmost respect and understanding - In our view John Nodes delivers a 'second to none' service.

Robin and Hayley at John Nodes on Westbourne grove have just handled my grandfather´s funeral and my mother and I would like to express our deep and sincere admiration for all aspects of the way it was done. They were warm and sensitive in their approach to us, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They did absolutely everything to make sure we were happy with every aspect of their service. We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone.

One of the best funeral services, ever. They are thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and takes the burden of the arrangements off your shoulders. Bernadette was amazing. Bernadette and her team provided us with a fantastic service when we had to arrange the funeral of our mother. Nothing was too much trouble, Bernadette was very courteous, compassionate and very professional and we will be forever grateful for her help. Having lost our dear brother, Mattie, we were very anxious and dreading arranging his funeral. Bernadette the funeral director put us at ease straight away. She was genuinely interested in hearing about our brother. She was both sympathetic and professional. She did not rush us in making our choices. We were not familiar with the area, Bernadette was able to recommend a minister to perform the funeral service. This was very helpful to us. We are happy with the service we received, particularly with Bernadette, she has the right qualities to be a funeral director. Thank you so much for making a difficult day a bit easier for us. As a family we cannot thank Bernadette at John Nodes enough for her help, support and kindness while arranging the funeral of my mum. Nothing was any bother to her and she was extremely efficient, and made the whole devastating process bearable. Bernadette really is a remarkable person and after our first meeting we felt that we really were in safe hands.
