Can’t praise Caroline enough for her support at such a difficult time . With guidance all the way through we were able to give my Dad the perfect send off ! A big thanks also to Mark Nib-lock for a moving service & the other staff members who made the day run so smoothly .

Compassionate, caring, thoughtful, helpful and efficient are but a few of the words that come to mind. My father’s parting gift to me was to have already arranged his funeral with John Gary (Doggarts of Ards). I was overseas at the time and Caroline was outstanding in terms of keeping me informed and just doing everything she could to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. Caroline surpassed any expectations I may have had! Throughout the whole process I never had any concerns and she went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed and that everything met my needs. Everyone I came into contact, including Barry and his team during the funeral/cremation, were so respectful. Great service from a great team. I can't overly recommend Caroline and everyone there.

Caroline is an absolute amazing lady to deal with. She is incredibly patient and empathetic to her families needs. She recently oversaw the arrangement of a family members funeral and to say she ticked all the boxes is an understatement. I believe she went over and above what anyone would expect from someone in her role. She made a troubled time a very easy experience.

I can't speak highly enough of doggarts of Newtownards, they handled my grandads passing perfectly, from start to finish the care and compassion that the full family received was second to none, They helped in all aspects and nothing was too much, they have continued to support us months after and even sent a lovely tree decoration in memory of my grandad. Caroline is a credit to the company and worked with us on a more intimate basis. I honestly could not recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend John Gray funeral parlour from start to finish , Caroline has been so helpful and understanding she was always there to listen and give good advice. Even after the funeral she has went out of her way to email me with groups to get my dad into as he is now on his own after losing my mum. For this I cant thankyou enough Caroline

The team are very professional. There was great attention to every detail and I was consulted about every decision. They were compassionate and respectful without being stuffy. They answered all my questions, and helped with suggestions when I was unsure about some details. Mike and Ann Marie work tirelessly to ensure that the funeral runs smoothly. The actual funeral went so well and all the staff involved on the day were very attentive. They can be relied upon to liase with all those providing services making a difficult time a lot easier. and

Ann Marie was amazing from start to finish. She went though every step with me and made sure I knew what was happening at all times and comforted me when I was struggling, she made what was the worse time for me that bit easier I would highly recommend this company.

We sadly lost our Sister Eboni suddenly at only 28 years old so were thrown into chaos over night. We went to John Grey and met with Riana who was instantly the calm to our storm she was kind, compassionate and such an amazing aura and sense of 'its ok ive got you'. She helped us with the funeral plans, she helped with a bespoke order of service as Eboni loves music and went above and beyond when i asked for a lasting memory in the form of a hand cast (which i will cherish forever). We made a visit out of hours and found a wee radio and a note ontop which was from Riana to her colleagues etc to ask them to please not switch it off as Eboni loved music and it was keeping her company as a family this small act ment the world to us it confirmed Riana did listen, we were not just another customer that Eboni was indeed looked after on such a personal level. Riana if you read this from the Hill family and from Eboni thank you so much for your amazing support you are one in a million and we will never forget you and what you did 💜 xx

Barbara looked after all the arrangements and guided the family with compassion, understanding and professionalism. Andrew and his team were fantastic on the day of the funeral and ensured that the funeral was carried out to perfection, guiding and advising the family with sensitivity and respect. At a time that has been the most emotionally challenging of my life the absolute dignity and respect that each and every member of staff showed towards my family and the handling of my brother's body has helped to make this difficult time bearable. This difficult time was made easier for us all with all issues taken care of and any requests accommodated. The order of service design provided by Barbara made us all very proud of dear Papa Gordon.
