Mel and the Henfield team at CT Radmall did a fine job in looking after the funeral of our dear family member Barry Anscombe. It was a complex affair, to say the least, with a number of hurdles placed in the way, however, the team got on with it and did a professional job. Our thanks go to Peter and Lucy who initially dealt with the family requests. Our special thanks go to Mel Watson who was our main point of contact for the more detailed arrangements and for the funeral on the day. We are all very grateful for your efforts and kindness. From the beginning we received excellent service and I knew mum was going to be in the best hands possible. Lisa Lurring is just so passionate and understanding about her job and gave mum the dignity that she deserved.She talked to mum as if she was still with us when we went to the chapel to see her. Lisa talked us through all the funeral preparations and was there for us every step of the way from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Lisa and her team for everything that they have done , I would highly recommend C & T Radmall

On passing of my father it was his wish for us to use C& T Ranmall. This being the first time I have had to arrange a funeral I didn't know what to expect. From the moment walking into office and being welcomed by Lisa and Lisa I felt very comfortable and at ease . Their professional and friendly atmosphere made the whole process from start to finish easy their attention to detail keeping me informed the whole time . On the day of the funeral the drivers were courteous and allow both myself and dad's grandson to be pallbearers nice touch . Big thank you from the Farrell family.

I am very lucky that I chose C & T Radmall to organise my Mums funeral. From the first time I spoke to Trevor I knew I was in safe and experienced hands. He was always kind, understanding, charming and very efficient. Lucy was also amazingly comforting on the day itself, Pandora the recommended Celebrant was absolutely perfect and the pall bearers were incredibly smart and respectful. It went as well as could have been hoped for. Thank You.

We had never had to arrange a funeral before so when Mum passed away we didn’t have a clue…we needn’t have worried as Mel Watson sorted everything out …she was compassionate and caring helping us every step of the way. Although she was on light duties at the time she even came to Mums funeral. Mel helped us through a difficult time . All of her colleagues were brilliant, they helped us all at the crematorium . Can’t thank you enough Mel, Dawn and Tom

Dealt with Billie-Jo at the Horsham Branch amazing helped us on the journey and would recommend to anyone. My husband had an unattended cremation as he requested but was dealt with using the same compassion and care that you would expect from a full funeral I can’t thank her enough for guiding us through this very difficult time. From the moment I first called we were looked after in arranging my Dad’s funeral, who had taken out a plan with C&T Radmall many years ago. A special thank you to Jan who was fantastic and is a very professional caring a lady who helped with advice and support regarding the arrangements from start to finnish, and let it be known she was just a phone call away at any time I needed. Paul was the celebrant also met with us and kept in contact all the way through, and the director Dean also called me the evening before to reassure all was okay. The funeral went smoothly and just how we wanted it to be and was a celebration of Dad's life. A big thanks to Jan and everyone at C&T Radmall for making a difficult time much easier.

Julie Hobbs - I cant express how much we recommend C & T Radmalls. Lucy was so helpful in arranging my late fathers funeral. The moment we saw her smiling face we felt reassured that she would help get us through this difficult time. She was so kind, as well as totally professional, we knew that all our wishes would be carried out. David, who carried out the service came to see us and was really interested in the life of my father and also very respectful. He also was very supportive at a difficult time and ensured that the service was honest and reflective just as we wanted it. I cant thank them both enough for how they made this difficult time so much more bearable.

A big thank you to Lucy whos kindness and compassion was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble, she listened to what we wanted and made sure every last detail was carried out. A huge thank you to the team at C&T Radmall, in particular Lucy Covey who truly went above and beyond for us during a really difficult time. Lucy had a wonderful way of providing a professional, efficient and seamless service and never failed to be patient, understanding and empathetic to our needs as a family. What with Covid-19 and government restrictions during lockdown, a difficult day was made even more difficult however we are so thankful to Lucy who went above and beyond in ensuring we got a chance to say our goodbyes despite things not being as the usually would. As a family we all felt very at ease and reassured during the process and with that in mind I would wholeheartedly recommend C&T Radmall to anyone in need of their services.
