Justin Anderson was outstanding. From contact (in person and on the phone) to the service you were always empathetic, personable and kind, always at the end of the phone when needed. It was very comforting. So grateful and blown away that he personally brought Adrian from Acton to Birmingham and also professional in looking after my brother to the service and committal. Thank you so much for everything.  We couldn't have asked for a better service.

I placed a review for Ida but I couldn’t let one pass without the biggest thank you ever to David Murray… he’s an absolute sweetheart polite friendly but most of all he was there for us during my nans service.. he made sure nothing was rushed he took time with us all as a family and even took some beautiful photos for us to keep .. we also got a follow up message the next day to see how we all was ..thank you David an team you truly don’t know how much we appreciate you and not only the care you gave to my Nan but to us all between David and Ida they gave our Nan the most beautiful service which will always remain in our hearts thank you xx

This essentially family-run firm are the finest and most empathetic funeral directors. They are sensitive to all requests and quietly and professionally carry out the final dignities for so many of us, year after year. We have used Sherry's services for the funerals and burials of both my Mother and Father and in the latter case, most recently, Nicola in the Uxbridge Branch was perfect in communications. I cannot recommend highly enough - and I don't generally write paragraphs in recommendations.

I would like to on record to express my sincerest gratitude to Neil Warrilow and team of W Sherry and Sons for the professional, compassionate way my husband's funeral was organised from start to finish. Absolutely everything was covered, explained, detailed and executed faultlessly. The selection of Services, transport, technology mycSe, cremation urns was varied and, options were openly costed. No hidden extras. The tone of the Service reflected the character of my husband and the Celebrant, Fr Nicholas, who was also recommended by Sherrys, was a perfect choice to lead the Service. I cannot express how truly grateful iam .. words can’t describe how Ida helped us so much she’s one of a kind with a heart of gold.. from the very first phone call she set our minds at ease she put everything in her hands and arranged the most beautiful funeral arrangements ever ..we had such a tremendous loss and it’s hit us hard but ida hasn’t gone a day without checking in on us even after our beautiful nans funeral the after care is amazing and it’s something you just wouldn’t expect but she does .. my daughter has complex needs and I was worried about how she would cope but this wasn’t an issue Ida talked her through everything and made her feel a part of the whole funeral process.. once again Ida we can’t thank you enough and we have also gained a life long friend with you .forever grateful . thank you xx

Ida and team looked after us at this time when we really needed it especially when we were confused with the process of arranging a funeral. Ida was very professional considering how many times a day I called her. Sherry's are a Professional Funeral Directors and I recommend them as they handled my Fathers Funeral with dignity and support.

Ida and her team are absolutely brilliant. Our mothers funeral was completely stress free because of Ida - we as a family didn't have a clue what to do and Idas professionalism flowed from start to finish. She also made my mum look beautiful in the casket and we could not have asked for anything else. Ida is a very special lady - I hope you know this!! Brilliant Team.

I had the daunting task of dealing with the death of a close friend and arranging his funeral a few moths ago. Ida was very supportive and helped me organise everything. I can't thank her enough! Very professional and patient! I would highly recommend them. I know others like myself leaving a review is not on the forefront of our minds. Infact this is the first review I have ever written. Having had no previous experience of close family bereavement or funerals Ida was just the person to guide us through the whole process. Words cannot express my gratitude to Ann, who looked after us from the very beginning, organising my mums funeral has been one of the hardest things I've had to do, but with Ann's care and help, she made it so much easier. Paul was also outstanding at the funeral, he really cared for my mum and the family. The celebrant they chose, Barbara was the most calming and caring lady, all my family said she was perfect. From start to finish these beautiful people made a tuff time a whole lot easier. The care they gave my brother was outstanding. Anne, Tim and David and all the team in-between, made lots of special adjustments to memorise my brothers life adding in my brothers team colours and making his final journey past his fav teams old and new stadiums, all of which the special touches I didnt even think off. No words could tell you how greatful me and all the family are. I really couldnt recommend you any more. The care and attention shown to us before, during and after the funeral were wonderful and made a sad situation so much more tolerable. Ann and Teresa went out of their way to help us; and Paul ensured, with tact and friendliness, that all went smoothly at the service. I totally recommend this company.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. They dealt with the celebrant taken ill 2 days before the funeral and the stand in at short notice was excellent. Nicky also negotiated the family difficulties with great sensitivity. Absolutely first class team to support us throughout a difficult time.

Sharon at Yeading branch has been so helpful in assisting me with arranging my wife's funeral. At this sad and difficult time, it was reassuring to have her guidance and expertise in making plans which enabled family and friends to attend the cremation service within the government constraints. I am also most grateful for Andrew's support in the days leading up to the funeral and on the day itself and for the courteous, compassionate and professional service that Sherrys provided to us.

I would like to thank Nicky at the Ickenham branch along with all of them there and in Acton for being so amazing. We lost a family member in Thailand. They helped us so much and truly went above and beyond. Nicky was there for us all every step of the way during a very difficult time. Paul, Nicola, David and the whole team involved in yesterday's organisation of my mother's funeral are a credit to their profession. From my first phonecall to the interment at Northwood Cemetery we were treated with kind compassion, patience and genuine warmth. Having to arrange a funeral during normal circumstances is emotionally difficult but during a pandemic it's incredibly challenging. However, W Sherry & Sons in Uxbridge delivered a level of service that was unsurpassed. Thank you all so much.

Loretta was reassuring, supportive, patient and communicated with us regularly. She kept us on track with the planning, making the planning process feel less daunting. We were well informed of all the details and she gave lovely suggestions which made all the difference on the day. Neil and the team were lovely and accomodating. Sadly we lost our Dad/Husband recently. We had a excellent and professional service with W Sherry and Sons, Sudbury Hill. Loretta is amazing and so professional, she is thoughtful and kind and we couldn't ask for anyone better, in our time grief. They also picked up Dad straight away, on New Year's Eve! We got to the Funeral on time, in their luxury limo, the driver made sure he kept up with the Hearse even with the heavy traffic. We would highly recommend them. Thank you so very much.

We would like to thank Sian for all her help during a very difficult few months. I went to see her at the beginning of the year to make advanced funeral plans for my mum. She was incredibly compassionate and informative about the whole process. She made sure we understood every aspect and answered all our questions. In our time of need, Sian handled everything we needed and took great care of my mum. They were amazing on the day of her funeral too. Sian in particular was so kind, caring and compassionate throughout. We can't thank her enough for being there for our family. We can not recommend W Sherry & Sons enough! The service and support we received from Sian was exceptional from the very onset. She was kind, compassionate and patient. Although nothing can take away the grief we are experiencing, it made it a little easier, having a funeral director who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure our families needs are met from beginning to end. My late Grandmother would be proud.

I cannot praise this undertakers enough. We got them to act for us when arranging my mum's funeral. They handled everything taking all the pressure off of us, which at the time was mind blowing. I can't thank Sian & David enough, they took care & looked after us at a time of need. I gave 5 stars as I would without a dought recommend this undertakers.

I would personally like to thank Sharon for all of her support in looking after my late Dad and keeping us posted with everything that went into the care they gave him. We had to wait a while to cremate him. Sharon kept us informed and gave us also gave us support when it came to viewing my Dad.

This funeral directors are truly amazing my nan nephew who was just 5 when he died my best friend tony and my beautiful mum was all here and they did so amazingly my mum has never looked so beautiful as she did when she was at Jr Bartons all her frown and worry lines had gone her skin looked so smooth she looked so peaceful as if she was asleep I can't thank you enough especially Sharon what an amazing lady so understanding caring just can't thank her enough she really looked after my mum and I will be forever greatful patsy x
