Covers all essential Funeral Director services

Covers all essential Funeral Director services plus embalming and a chauffeured limousine for up to six passengers

Third Party Fees and Additional Products & Services are not included in the Choice Essentials and Choice Plus Plans. Certain Third Party Fees (burial or cremation fees and doctor’s fees, if required) must be paid in order for the funeral to take place, in addition to the funeral plan cost.
With a Choice Funeral Plan
Our Funeral Plan enables you to prepay for certain elements of your funeral in advance and fix the cost of Funeral Director Services, protecting you from the risk of these rising.

- For Choice Essential and Choice Plus Plans you have the option to make Voluntary Contributions towards Third Party Fees and Additional Products & Services
- You will not require a medical assessment
- You are able to record your wishes to help your family make decisions when the time comes

We used Torbay & District Funeral Service when my Mother passed away in March. Bonnie and Emma were superb throughout the whole process, from our initial contact, through to the Service itself. They were professional, compassionate, explained everything clearly and were always available to answer any queries we had. We also would like to thank Sharon, the officiate, who was very helpful to us for putting the Service together. Lots of people commented on the wonderful details she put into the service about my Mother's life. Throughout the whole process, the team were professional, kind, respectful and extremely helpful at a very stressful time. We wholeheartedly recommend Torbay & District Funeral Service.

I used Torbay and District Funeral Services when my Dad passed in January 24. It is the first time I have had to arrange a funeral and was daunted at the prospect, but I needn’t have been. Emma and her team were superb throughout the process, from our first phone call, through to the funeral service and burial. She explained everything clearly, sympathetically and was always available to answer questions. The whole team were extremely professional, kind and respectful throughout and helped to make an incredibly difficult time as simple and bearable as it could possibly be. - Review received by client

From our first telephone call to Torbay and District Funeral Service, we were met with warmth, kindness and consideration from Emma. Her help has been invaluable to us, she has helped us with so much of the organising needed for the day. Our thoughts and wishes were always at the forefront and these were always carried out in the most professional and thoughtful way. Nothing has been too much trouble and Emma has remained in constant contact with us from start to finish. It was a beautiful funeral and everything was just perfect. Thankyou so much Emma. We were made to feel at ease & comfortable from our first visit with Emma. We found the planning of our Dads funeral ran smoothly & we had the support from Emma & Charles all of the way through, the communication was outstanding. Our Dad was put at the centre of the planning, we were listened to & we had a lovely personal funeral, we couldn't have wished for a better service. Dad would have been proud. On the day, Emma & Charles were very patient & sympathetic to our emotions. Charles even wrote a poem especially for Dad after listening to us talking about his lifes passions. Sarah and her team handled my late father's funeral with complete professionalism from the initial meeting to the beautiful service at the crematorium. The respect and care given by all members of her team was exceptional and helped the entire family through the hard process of the funeral arrangements at this difficult time. The Chapel was beautiful and clean, along with the vehicles. Thank you all so much.
