As for the first time I've had to go through having to planing a funeral for my mam,Murray's have been amazing, form the start to the end, we couldn't of asked for a better person, who was Paige connell, she has been amazing with everything, we can't thank you enough.

I cannot thank Murrays enough for the way they supported us. From our first meeting, through the day itself they were amazing. We knew my dad wanted to be buried and also wanted a non-religious funeral and Murrays helped us to explore the possible. My dad would have been so proud to have been the first person to have his funeral service at Burton Albion's Pirelli Stadium. Such was the interest, I was interviewed by BBC Radio Derby about the day. Burton Albion also took some photographs on the day, which represent the service perfectly. This wouldn't have happened with the support of Burton Albion Football Club and Murrays. Talk about your wishes. Explore what's possible.

Absolutely wonderful . Caring , attentive to detail , nothing too much trouble , telephone calls to reassure that my husband had been received into their care , outstanding ability to deal with last minute changes . I cannot thank you enough . Sometimes in life , you are blessed to meet people who are truly compassionate and empathetic , at a time when it is so needed . Aftercare support - so very kind . Your company is second to none , and the people with whom I have had the privilege to encounter along the way have been truly wonderful . Thank you so much for making this difficult journey feel so supported . A big thank you to Meg - you are a star that shines very bright .

Ami was very kind and helpful when arranging the funeral and answered all my later questions. Dean helped put me at my ease on the day with his calm and approachable manner.

Sue Bark was incredible. Her compassion, calm support in times of difficulty and being available for us whenever we needed help was so appreciated by our family. She planned everything to perfection and gave good, knowledgeable advice throughout. The funeral was exactly as our father would have wanted due to her attention to detail. Thankyou to all the team at Findern for all your kindness.

Grieving for the loss of my mum who sadly died suddenly I was overwhelmed, I found dealing with Murray's Funeral service lightened the load and stress. I found the employees demonstrated excellent service, empathised and compassionate from the initial consultation and arrangement's through to the crematorium service. They have carefully chosen added services such as flowers and celebrant which were perfect. I feel my mum would be proud by their service and wish them continue success. Thanks for everything you did. ❤️❤️

Unfortunately my father recently passed away and we decided to use Murray's. We are so glad that we did. The staff that took Dad into their care were so kind, thoughtful and respectful. Angela at Findern was wonderful, so kind and nothing was too much trouble. She guided and supported us from start to finish. They made a difficult day easier to bear

From my initial calls with Becky, our first interaction with Danny and Andy - who unnecessarily apologised for not wearing jackets given the heat - Joan’s determination to achieve everything we wanted for the service including sourcing a microphone system, allowing a cow (!) to accompany the cortège and carrying out a “reccy” of the church, parking, etc beforehand; Murray’s went above and beyond what we would could have ever expected when googling for an independent funeral director at 7pm on a Friday evening. Thank you all for your care and attention, nothing was too much trouble, please keep doing exactly what you are.

Mark at Serenity was professional throughout the whole proceedings. He made mum feel at ease when we discussed what she wanted prior to her death and he made a difficult time so much easier for us to cope with. He catered for all of our needs and was both helpful and respectful throughout. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our family could not be more Thankful for the care, attention and sensitivity shown to us by Jayne, Angela and the highly skilled team at Murray’s . Nothing was too much trouble and all our cares and concerns were addressed with patience and understanding every step of the way .
