Elaine was lovely and professional but very friendly and approachable. She went above and beyond by helping arrange parking near the church, in a local restaurant car park. Sam and Perry were lovely when collecting my husband and I felt supported, confident and at ease in the way Sam led the funeral. I can not recommend highly enough. This is a team that works well and makes a huge difference at such a difficult time. Thank you all.

Haven were lovely, caring, and supportive, and we had a wonderful service. I especially want to give a shout out to our attendant at the service who couldn't have been more compassionate, thoughtful and efficient. He was just as much an important part of the service as everyone else.

Elaine was amazing. I felt so comfortable leaving it all in her hands and was informed at all times what was going on. She truly goes above and beyond. Thank you. All the staff were so lovely and respectful on the day of the funeral. Highly recommend.

Elaine and Rachael were so very kind and patient with us, not rushing us to make decisions. They took good care of us. Thank you to Rachael for making the suggestion to have hand prints done. Something we didn’t know was possible. The Director Doug was a lovely man calling the night before telling me to call him day or night and really looked after us on the day and stopped off at our ‘happy place’ on the way to the crematorium. So glad we chose Haven for our loved ones final journey.

All members of the team were very helpful, treated my Dad with respect and made sure that everything ran smoothly and according to our wishes. They took the time to make sure that my Mum was comfortable during the service and were really attentive. I was particularly touched to notice Anna at the door of the office as the cortège passed by. Haven made a very difficult day easier by knowing that all our wishes were accommodated.

I highly recommend Haven Funeral Services. Brian and Jackie were an immense help at a incredibly difficult time. We felt they had our best interests at heart and they helped us in arrangements of our sons funeral. Haven Funeral Services were the perfect people to bring my dads funeral planes together. They were efficient, corporative, helpful, charismatic and most importantly, supportive through this tough time. I was impressed with the comms from Haven Funeral Services, they were always at the other end of the phone and on email. My farther was repatriated to Jamaica and although I thought it would be difficult to do this, Brian and his team made it very easy.

No previous experience of Haven but chose it for nearness. Would I do so again? Certainly. Administrator Michelle worked extremely hard on our behalf to facilitate a complex slide show with music celebrating the life of my husband. Her courtesy, patience and effort were the perfect combination. Director Brian masterminded the funeral itself with calm and kindly reassurance. The final cost was even more reasonable that first anticipated. Family verdicts - "perfect", "never been to a nicer funeral". Thank you Haven.

We have recently used Haven as Undertakers and received excellent service from them. They were thoughtful and courteous and able to advise and reassure us when it was necessary. They were efficient and kept us fully informed, whilst allowing our family time to make important decisions which enabled us to personalise the funeral.

Excellent service from Elaine and Brian who were very personable and made everything very easy. Any questions, arrangements, etc were handled quickly and efficiently. While no-one wants to engage with Funeral Directors typically, it's good to deal with people that help make a sad experience better.

We chanced upon Haven on the way back from picking up death certificates and after talking to the usual chains that were all lovely but very much trying to fit us into their plan and not ours. We dealt with Paul at the Broadway branch in Acton and it was serendipity that our paths should cross. I would recommend Haven and in particular Paul to anybody who is in this awful place of having to arrange a funeral or cremation when your heart is breaking and your head is spinning. We were treated with genuine respect and care, not in a gushy, overly serious and false way but in the genuine helpful and caring way we needed. Haven is no more expensive than all the chains and indeed I think actually cheaper. They organised coffin, flowers, pallbearers so easily and helped us decide how we would separate ashes and even managed certificates so I could fly my quarter of the ashes back to Australia. As soon as I had sent some images over to Paul, he had created my Dad's tribute website (this is a really nice touch) with the right charity that we had mentioned only in passing. They didn't even want any money in exchange, confirming that an invoice would be sent in 30 days. On the day of the ceremony, I was really grateful that again, Paul took the lead, helped us understand what would happen and what we needed to do and then did the respectful walking in front of the hearse and also a moment of bowing respect when the coffin was placed down. I mention all of this because I was really blown away and grateful that all of these things just happened and he was patient and supportive all the way through. I felt we had been treated with so much respect and importantly the memory of my Dad's ceremony will remain as such a respectful and lovely tribute, not a thing was anything but perfectly orchestrated. I really could not recommend them enough and I will search out places I can recommend Haven as I believe they went above and beyond and made what is a very stressful and frankly abstract time as seamless as possible. Thank you Haven and especially Paul for making my Dad's cremation a beautiful one.

Haven were fantastic in helping with the arrangements of a family member’s funeral. In what was a very difficult time, they made what could’ve been a quite stressful process very easy and were totally compassionate, accommodating and the attention to detail was exemplary. Micah was the main point of contact and she is a credit to the company. All the other staff throughout the viewing and day of the funeral were completely professional and the service they delivered was perfect.

A professional, courteous and understanding service from Micah, Brian and the team. The saddest time of my life was made easier knowing that Haven had everything at hand from collecting my mother until her cremation. The whole process was effortless and I am truly grateful for everything that was done. Fabulous job!
