A massive thank you to Alan & all the staff at the Dover Road branch. You all made losing my Nan that little bit easier, and took off any pressure we had. We could not fault the service we received. My Nan looked absolutely beautiful when we went to see her resting, and their planning of her service was just beautiful; even us changing the route last minute to go past my nans road for her neighbours to wave her off to her final resting place was not an issue. I will never be able to thank you all enough for helping us through the hardest time of our lives. So thankful we chose you to look after my beautiful Nanny Fre ❤️

From the first point of contact with Clegg's, we dealt with Alan, who is an absolute credit to your business. Nothing was too much trouble, he really did make what was a difficult time, a little easier. The funeral was exactly as what we wanted for our Nan, and he even rang long after the funeral to check in on the family and see how everyone was doing. We were kept informed all the way through the process and they treated our Nan as if she was part of their family.

We recently used Graham J Clegg services for my dads funeral, as we had also used them a few years ago for my grandparents. We could not recommend them enough for anyone staring this process as from the first point of contact to the last they have been amazing and extremely professional. Alan was fantastic from the very first point of contact in helping what is such a sad, surreal experience to be made easier for the family. He carried out all my mums wishes and the service was exactly what my dad would have wanted and deserved. Alan was always at the end of the phone anytime we needed him and always there to help us. This is such a difficult time for any family to go through so to have a service which makes the experience slightly easier for the whole family to deal with means a lot. There was a few weeks delay waiting for my dad’s service to take place but we were able to visit the funeral home any time as often as we wanted which was also very difficult to cope with but Alan and staff were always there to make us feel welcome and the visit easier to deal with. Alan definitely went above and beyond for us and we can not thank them enough for helping us through the whole process. We would also like to thank the office staff and drivers who were also extremely professional in their roles and supporting the family Karen and Doreen x

Our first contact was with Helen, who treated us sympathetically, was courteous and extremely helpful. Alan and the rest of the team were friendly and polite, and on the day of Mums funeral were outstanding, everything went as planned. At such a sad time, the team at Cleggs were exemplary, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The whole team at Cleggs went above and beyond when I recently lost my lovely mum. From first point of contact, they were so courteous, helpful and very respectful - mum was given the utmost dignity while in their care. On the day of her funeral, the drivers and pallbearers were outstanding, organisation and attention to detail second to none. I would recommend Cleggs to anyone who wants the very best for their loved one, at such a sad time for our family they made things so much easier to bear, so again, a huge thank you to all the team. What a truly wonderful team and provided the very best love and care shown to us all and knowing my mum was in the best and safest of hands means everything. This is my third funeral experience with this team and wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing was too much trouble , everything we asked was done to an amazing standard from the order of service to mums basket specially woven and decorated in the most beautiful flowers. Her day was a truly beautiful and comforting day with all of mums wishes carried through. Thank you for all of your support and for giving my mum the best day she would be so very proud. Cleggs provided our family with a professional dignified funeral and care for a wonderful beloved husband and father. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were marvellous. I would highly recommend their team to anyone looking to arrange a funeral.
