After using your services once again can I start with Daren and thank him for looking after us on the day. Next we would like to thank Suzanne and Bill for all their help and support they went above and beyond all expectations. They were there every step of the way for us as a family. Nothing was too much of a bother for them day and night. They made the saddest of times a lot more bearable for us.

When my mam passed away I had no idea what I had to do. I contacted Daren Persson and from the very first phone call they guided me through everything. Every step was easy with their help. I can highly recommend them, fantastic service and very helpful and caring.

Have recently contacted this branch for information on funeral plans. The lady I spoke to was very professional, friendly and knew what she was talking about. At the end of the conversation I felt more aware and certain of my choices. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

I was handed the task of managing my father’s funeral; I had absolutely no idea what was required or where to start. I walked into the local branch of Daren Persson in Wallsend and never looked back. The initial conversation with Suzanne & Heather was so professional, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable that I did not feel the need to visit any other undertakers. Bill guided me through the entire process, listening to my requirements and offering appropriate advice at every stage: coffin selection, flowers, celebrant and music. The support from Bill, Carl and the staff on the day was exceptional. The final combination was exactly the service I had envisaged. I strongly recommend Daren Persson as your first choice.

A Cooper, Peterborough, I could thank Daren Persson funeral services enough, my nan passed a few years ago and we used their services which excellent, .Unfortunately my mum passed away 2022 and we used Daren Persson services again that was excellent, . We have just used Daren Persson services again as my dad (Butch) passed away on Good Friday, The staff are excellent all aspects of giving our loved ones the full dignity that they deserved. Thank you all

The whole team were great but janene was brilliant keeping in touch and seeing if I was OK just about every other day more like a very good friend felt at ease talking to her.
