Third Party Fees and Additional Products & Services are not included in the Choice Essentials and Choice Plus Plans. Certain Third Party Fees (burial or cremation fees and doctor’s fees, if required) must be paid in order for the funeral to take place, in addition to the funeral plan cost.

Our Funeral Plan enables you to prepay for certain elements of your funeral in advance and fix the cost of Funeral Director Services, protecting you from the risk of these rising.

- For Choice Essential and Choice Plus Plans you have the option to make Voluntary Contributions towards Third Party Fees and Additional Products & Services
- You will not require a medical assessment

Jackie was amazing at helping me arrange my Nans funeral. She is kind, caring, and very attentive. I could not have gone through that process without her support. Any questions I had she could answer or find the answer no matter how big or small. I will be forever thankful to Jackie and the rest of the staff at Bexley Funeral Services for making the last thing I could do for my Nan less stressful and giving her a wonderful send off.

From the time of our first meeting Jackie Barlow was friendly, sympathetic, helpful, understanding, efficient and thoroughly professional. She showed supreme patience throughout to our myriad of questions and requests but nothing was too much trouble and she handled them all with tact and a smile in her face. We sadly lost our Mum in March. Organising the funeral was quite a challenge, none of us had ever arranged a funeral before and there were a number of complications with disability requirements for the cars and a very upsetting delay with the Registrar. Jackie picked us up and supported us through every step of the way. She provided really detailed practical advice with care and compassion and made us feel completely safe. Thanks to Jackie and the team, Mum's funeral was a perfect celebration of her life, we couldn't have been happier with the service.

Thank you so much to Jackie and the team for the care, compassion and professionalism with which they handled the arrangements for Dad's funeral. I felt so well supported at every stage, the choice of celebrant was absolutely spot on for us, Matthew and the team were an absolute delight and ensured the day ran just as we wanted.
